Procurement of Stationery and Printing of Answer Books by Islamia College Peshawar

Bidders must be well-established, reputed firms registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). Earnest money equivalent to 2 percent of the total bid amount must be submitted in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in favor of the Treasurer, Islamia College, Peshawar. A non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 3,000 must be paid to Bank of Khyber, University of Peshawar Branch (Code 0317, Account No. 3007537138, IBAN No. PK21KHYB5317003007537138) or submitted as a bank draft prior to bid submission. All quoted prices are deemed to include applicable taxes, which will be deducted as per regulatory rules.

Bids must be submitted exclusively through the EPADS portal on or before 02:00 PM on September 22, 2026. The original Call Deposit Receipt must be physically delivered or sent via courier to the office of the Convener, Central Purchase Committee, on or before the same deadline. Bid opening will occur sharply at 02:30 PM on September 22, 2026, in the Video Conference Hall, Academic Block, Islamia College, Peshawar, in the presence of interested bidders or their authorized representatives.
