Description / Scope of Work
Eligibility Requirements: Bidders must be GST-registered and own an established wholesale stationery shop. Security Vetting: All bidding contractors must undergo and pass security clearance via the FC Intelligence Unit to participate. Document Procurement: The stationery specification list can be obtained during office hours from the Record Room, Warsak, Bala Hisar Fort, Peshawar. Sample Submission: Physical submission of stationery samples with bids is mandatory. Pricing & Taxes: Quoted rates must be inclusive of all applicable taxes; no rate increases will be permitted if new government taxes are levied later. Quantity Flexibility: Item quantities may be increased or decreased by up to 15% as per PPRA rules. Bidding Constraints: Conditional tenders will be rejected, and bids must specify a single rate matching the exact brand/quality specified in the procurement list. Evaluation Announcement: Evaluation results and justification for award will be announced at least 10 days prior to contract awarding.
Eligible bidders must be GST-registered wholesale stationery dealers with their own retail outlet. All quotations must include every applicable tax and levy; no rate increase will be permitted if the government subsequently introduces new taxes. Bidders must submit a call deposit draft equivalent to two percent of the total quoted value (minimum Rs 100,000) in the name of the Inspector General Frontier Corps North. The successful contractor must provide a security deposit equal to five percent of the contract value. Conditional tenders will not be accepted. All bidders will undergo security clearance verification through the Intelligence Wing before contract award.
Tenders must be submitted by 10:30 AM on September 17, 2026, and will be opened at 11:00 AM the same day at Qalai Bala Hissar Peshawar. The tender result and price report, with reasons for acceptance or rejection, will be communicated at least ten days before contract award. Bidders must submit samples of all stationery items.
