Description / Scope of Work
The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) Karachi Zone invites sealed electronic bids for the hiring of non-core janitorial services comprising one sweeper, one cook, and two chowkidars (security guards) for its office located in Karachi, Sindh province. The procurement is financed from reserved funds for the fiscal year 2026-27 and will be conducted through open competitive bidding using the least cost based selection technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004. This is a service contract for essential support staff to maintain facility operations and security at the FIA Karachi Zone office.
Eligible bidders must be registered on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS v2.0) platform. All bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a pay order or a bid securing declaration submitted on the prescribed format as detailed in the bidding document. The bidding documents contain comprehensive terms, conditions, service specifications, and scope of work requirements that prospective bidders must review carefully before submission.
E-bids prepared in accordance with the instructions must be submitted electronically through EPADS v2.0 on or before Thursday, September 24, 2026 at 2:00 PM, with opening scheduled for the same day at 2:30 PM. Manual bid submissions will not be accepted. Bidders who are not yet registered on EPADS v2.0 must register at https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/.
