Description / Scope of Work
The Punjab Information Technology Board invites sealed bids for the procurement of food and catering services for various projects under a framework contract, referenced as NDP-02. The estimated total cost of the contract is PKR 40,000,000, with a bid security of PKR 800,000 required from all bidders. This is a multiple-quantity procurement to support PITB operations and activities across Punjab province. Bidders are invited to submit technical and financial bids in separate sealed envelopes through the Punjab E-Procurement System portal in accordance with the two-envelope single-stage bidding procedure outlined in the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
Bidders must be registered on the Punjab E-Procurement System and are required to submit complete tender documents duly signed, stamped, and in full conformity with the tender specifications. Income tax registration certificates and sales tax certificates must accompany all bids. Bids submitted by any mode other than the specified method will not be considered. The bid security amount of PKR 800,000 must be furnished as part of the bid submission. Incomplete, unsigned, unstamped, late, or improperly submitted bids will be rejected outright.

Bidders must submit bids on the eP Portal (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk) by 1100 hours on 10 August 2026, with opening scheduled for 1130 hours the same day.
