Description / Scope of Work
The Assistant Commissioner, Darel District, Government of Gilgit-Baltistan invites sealed quotations and bids from approved and reputed government contractors and firms for the supply and repair of various items for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement encompasses four main categories: uniforms (A03906), repair of transport vehicles (A13001), miscellaneous items (A03970), and office stationery (A03901). All items are required for the administrative operations of the Assistant Commissioner's office in Darel, located in Gilgit-Baltistan province. The tender is being conducted under the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority rules, 2004, and represents an ongoing operational requirement for government supplies and services across multiple functional areas.
Eligible bidders must be approved or reputed government contractors or firms registered with relevant authorities. Bidders are required to submit a 2% call deposit as bid security in the form of a Bank demand draft or Pay order in favour of the DDO Assistant Commissioner Darel, which must accompany the tender submission. Tenders must be complete, sealed, and submitted in separate envelopes for each category with the category name clearly marked in bold letters. Conditional, ambiguous, or incomplete bids will not be accepted. Rates quoted must remain valid until 30th June 2027.
Sealed tenders may be submitted on or before 8th August 2026 at 11:00 AM at the office of the DDO Assistant Commissioner Darel, Gilgit-Baltistan. Tenders will be opened on the same day at 11:40 AM in the presence of contractors, suppliers, and their representatives who wish to attend. Prescribed bid documents and detailed terms and conditions for each category may be obtained from the undersigned office during office hours, Monday to Friday. The undersigned reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in light of PPRA rules, 2004. There will be no compromise on quality and quantity of items after acceptance of bid or tender.
