Description / Scope of Work
The National Programme for Family Planning & Primary Health Care, Government of Gilgit-Baltistan, invites sealed tenders for supply of six categories of goods and services for the financial year 2026-2027. These include office stationery (estimated cost 2.5 million), repair of vehicles (15.0 million), supply of miscellaneous items (1.1 million), printing and supply of printed materials (3.5 million), transportations of medicines and related items (2.5 million), and non-drug items (3.0 million). The total estimated procurement value is approximately 28 million Pakistani Rupees. The Health Complex Jutial Gilgit serves as the procurement centre, with supplies required to be delivered and services rendered throughout the financial year ending 30 June 2027.
Bidders must submit earnest money equivalent to 2 percent of the estimated cost for their respective lot in the form of a demand draft or pay order drawn in favour of the DDO, National Programme for Family Planning & Primary Health Care, from any scheduled bank including KCBL. An affidavit on stamp paper of Rs. 100 must accompany the tender documents confirming that the bidder has never been blacklisted by any government or semi-government organisation or GB-PPRA. All supporting documents must be complete and correct; tenders with incomplete documentation shall not be accepted.
Tender documents can be obtained from the HRDC Building near Health Complex Jutial Gilgit during office hours before the closing date and time. Sealed tenders must reach the office of the undersigned on or before 11 August 2026 at 1100 hours. Tender documents will be opened on the same day in the presence of the contractor or their authorized representatives. The successful firm shall be bound to supply or service all items until 30 June 2027 at rates quoted in the tender. The department reserves the right to accept or reject any tender according to PPRA Rule-33(1). This tender is also available on the GB PPRA website at https://gbppra.gov.pk/.
