THQ Hospital Dunyapur invites electronic bids for a framework contract to procure medicine and surgical disposable items for LP and UHI dialysis services during the financial year 2026-27. The estimated contract value is PKR 8 million, with a validity period until 30 June 2027, extendable for up to six months at the discretion of the competent authority. This procurement covers essential medical supplies in accordance with the Punjab Medicine Formulary, updated periodically. Bidders must be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System and possess valid Drug Sale Licenses (Pharmacy Form No. 9, Category A), current professional tax certificates from the Excise and Taxation Department for FY 2026-27, and relevant income tax and sales tax registration with competent authorities.
Eligibility requirements stipulate that bidders must be financially well-reputed, with no history of bad reputation that would warrant rejection. A bid security of 2% of the estimated contract cost must be submitted as a scanned copy with the electronic bid, with the original security instrument (CDR, Pay Order, etc.) deposited prior to office closing on 4 August 2026. The original bid security must be submitted in physical form to the Medical Superintendent's office before the online bid submission deadline. Supplies must be available round the clock with a maximum 24-hour delivery window, and contractors are bound to maintain operational supply regardless of strikes or other disruptions, with failure resulting in contract termination and blacklisting.
