Framework Contract for Medicines and Surgical Disposable Items by THQ Hospital Kallar Kahar

THQ Hospital Kallar Kahar, District Chakwal, Punjab invites sealed bids from eligible bidders including manufacturers, authorized sales and service dealers, chain pharmacies, distributors and medical stores for a framework contract covering the local purchase of medicines and surgical disposable items for the financial year 2026-27. The estimated contract value is PKR 4.59 million. The scope encompasses supply of essential pharmaceutical and disposable items to support the hospital's operations in Chakwal district. This is a framework agreement establishing a supplier relationship for the full financial year with scheduled procurement requirements.

Bidders must be eligible as defined in the bidding document and should submit bids in English. Bid security of 1 percent of the estimated cost must be provided in the form of a demand draft, pay order or call deposit receipt in the name of the Medical Superintendent. The bid validity period is 90 days from submission. Bidders are required to provide their best and final prices as no negotiations will be permitted. An NTN certificate must be provided and taxes will be deducted as per applicable government rules. A performance guarantee of 2.5 percent of the contract value will be required from the successful bidder.
