Description / Scope of Work
The Medical Superintendent of Isfandyar Bukhari District Hospital Attock invites open competitive bids for the procurement of ten framework contracts covering X-Ray supplies, stationery, laboratory items including hematology CBC reagents and disposable general lab items, printing services, bulk medicines and surgical disposable items, medical gases, dental supplies, general store items, blood bank supplies, and dialysis supplies. The total estimated value of these procurements for the financial year 2026-27 spans multiple packages ranging from PKR 1.0 million to PKR 60.0 million. All supplies will be delivered to and inspected at the office of the Medical Superintendent, Isfandyar Bukhari District Hospital Attock, located on Kamra Road in Attock City, Punjab.
Eligible bidders must be registered as suppliers or on the EPADS (Disposal System) platform and possess valid NTN and Sales Tax registration certificates from the Government of Pakistan. Bid security is required at varying percentages ranging from 1% to 2% of the estimated cost depending on the package. Bidders are required to quote prices inclusive of all taxes, and bids that are incomplete, unsigned, unstamped, or not in accordance with specified rules will not be considered. No negotiations are expected as per PPRA Rules.
