Description / Scope of Work
The Pakistan Kidney and Liver Institute & Research Centre Rawalpindi invites sealed bids for the procurement of interventional radiology consumables under tender reference PRO/138/2026. The estimated cost of this procurement is Rs. 21,979,222, and the contract is being tendered through a single-stage two-envelope bidding process. The scope encompasses a comprehensive range of interventional radiology consumable items as detailed in Section-III of the bidding documents, with delivery required at the PKLI & RC facility in Rawalpindi, Punjab.
Eligible bidders must be registered with relevant authorities and capable of supplying medical consumables meeting the technical specifications outlined in the bidding documents. Bidders are required to submit a bid security equivalent to 2% of their item-wise estimated cost as mentioned in Section-III. All bids must include complete documentary evidence, valid certifications, test certificates for crucial components, and technical data sheets demonstrating conformity with the specifications. Failure to provide any required undertakings or supporting documents may result in automatic rejection at the initial evaluation stage.
Prospective bidders must obtain the complete bidding documents from PKLI & RC Rawalpindi and submit sealed bids in two envelopes by 11:00 hours on 6th August 2026. Bids will be opened on the same date at 11:30 hours. The procurement process is governed by the Punjab Procurement Act 2009 and Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended. Bidders should carefully examine all instructions, terms, conditions, and technical specifications before submission, as bids not substantially responsive to the bidding documents in every respect are liable to rejection.
