Description / Scope of Work
Headquarters Special Communications Organization (SCO), located on Qasim Road in Rawalpindi, Punjab, invites sealed bids from original manufacturers, authorized distributors and registered contractors for supply of multiple categories of stores. The tender encompasses miscellaneous stationery items, printer toners, a 25 KVA generator set with automatic transfer switch, canopy and engine jacket water heater, NGMS system spares, miscellaneous power spares, FMX link and rectifier modules with cable spares for the telecom center, and ZXDT22 SF01 (V6) hybrid energy power supply systems with outdoor cabinet systems. All items are scheduled for bid opening on 22 September 2026 at 1000 hours. The procurement is being conducted under Public Procurement Rules and aims to support the organization's operational and infrastructure requirements across communications and power systems.
Bidders must be original manufacturers, authorized distributors or contractors with valid registration from the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments. Bidding documents are available from the Ordnance Branch at SCO headquarters on any working day upon submission of a National Bank of Pakistan draft for Rs. 2,000 (non-refundable) per tender in favour of DG SCO. Bids must be submitted with sealed brochures and samples by the due date at 1000 hours. Technical proposals will be opened at 1030 hours on the same date, followed by financial bid evaluation in the presence of bidder representatives after technical assessment is complete.
