THQ Hospital Sadiqabad invites e-bids for a framework contract covering local purchase of medicines, medical devices, and surgical disposable items on a day-to-day basis, along with coverage under Punjab Life Insurance Company Limited schemes for the financial year 2026-27. The estimated cost is PKR 15.00 million, and the contract will serve the hospital's ongoing medical supply requirements in Rahim Yar Khan, Punjab. This is a comprehensive procurement exercise managed through the Punjab e-Procurement System, designed to ensure continuous availability of essential pharmaceutical and medical consumables throughout the fiscal year.
Eligible bidders must have a registered pharmacy within 5 kilometres of the hospital, a valid drug sale license (Form-9), NTN registration, and proven experience in the medicines field. Bidders should not have been previously blacklisted by THQ Hospital Sadiqabad or the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority. Government-owned enterprises may participate only if legally and financially autonomous and operating under commercial law. The bid security requirement is 2 percent of the estimated cost, payable online through the eProcurement System's PSID mechanism.
Bidding documents are available immediately from the publication date and can be downloaded from the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority website (www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk) and the eProcurement portal (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/) until the bid closing date. E-bids must be submitted online on or before 21 September 2026 at 10:00 AM. Bid opening will occur the same day at 10:30 AM in the Office of the Medical Superintendent, THQ Hospital Sadiqabad, in the presence of the evaluation committee and any bidders or representatives who wish to attend. Bidders are instructed to submit their best and final prices as no post-bid negotiations are anticipated. All applicable taxes will be charged as per government regulations.
