For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
WAPDA seeks a local pharmacy supplier for a 12-month medicine framework agreement serving Jinnah HPS employees.
Eligibility is tightly restricted to registered chemists in Kot Chandna or Kalabagh with FBR ATL status, effectively limiting competition to locally established operators. The contract involves Green Slip procurement with negotiated discounts on MRP. No estimated annual volume is disclosed, but the small bid security (Rs. 30,000) and local geographic scope suggest a modest-scale, recurring supply arrangement rather than a large bulk tender.
Who can bid: Bidders must be local chemists or registered pharmacies in Kot Chandna or Kalabagh with valid Income Tax and Sales Tax registration, and must appear on the FBR's Active Taxpayers List. No PEC or SECP registration mentioned. Typically, chemists and pharmacies in Pakistan require provincial licensing from the Pharmacy Council and must maintain NTN and Sales Tax registration.
