The Institute of Business Administration Karachi is inviting quotations for the supply of 220 navy blue t-shirts with branding on the front side. The procurement is for delivery to the Stores at IBA Main Campus, University Road, Karachi, Sindh. The t-shirts are to be round-neck, half-sleeved style with 220 GSM fabric quality, available in three size breakdowns: Small (60 units), Medium (80 units), and Large (80 units). This is a straightforward supply contract for corporate branded apparel for the institution's use.
Bidders must submit samples of each size for approval before the order can be finalized. Material will be subject to final inspection at delivery, and IBA reserves the right to cancel the order if items do not meet specifications or delivery is delayed. Payment will be made through crossed cheque upon receipt of invoice and delivery of items. Stamp duty at 0.35% on the total purchase order value will be levied.
Quotation submissions must reach the Purchase Department, IBA Main Campus, University Road, Karachi, by 27 July 2026 at 12:00 PM. Interested suppliers should contact the Purchase Department via telephone at 021-3810-4700, Extension 2154. A liquidity damage clause of 2% per month will apply to delayed deliveries. IBA reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation and to award items to different or single responsive bidders as deemed fit.
