Hiring of Office Accommodations on Rental Basis for NADRA Offices in Multan and Rahim Yar Khan

NADRA (RHO Multan) invites bids for hiring of office accommodations on rental basis for NADRA offices across multiple locations in Punjab including Jalalpur Pirwala in District Multan, Mianwali Qureshian in Tehsil and District Rahim Yar Khan, and Bhong Tehsil in Sadiqabad District Rahim Yar Khan. This non-consultancy services procurement has reserved funds allocated for fiscal year 2026-27 and follows the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure under open competitive bidding principles. The procurement reference number is P65921 and the scope encompasses securing suitable office premises in these districts on a rental basis to meet NADRA's operational requirements in the Multan region.

Eligible bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 platform and are required to submit a Bid Security in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Bank Guarantee, or a Bid Securing Declaration on the prescribed format.
