Federal Government Organization invites pre-qualification tenders for multiple repair and maintenance service categories through e-Pak Acquisition Disposal System (EPADS 2.0) for fiscal year 2026-2027, extendable through 2028-2029. Services required include repair and maintenance of transport vehicles and motorcycles (spare parts, repair, batteries, wheel alignment, denting, painting, electrical work, AC service, and tyres), office building and civil works, hardware and IT equipment (computers, printers), furniture and fixtures, machinery and office equipment, photocopier machines, and air conditioning systems. The tender is open to reputed contractors, firms, SECP-registered companies, and auto workshops based in Islamabad and Rawalpindi with established workshops, stocks, manpower, and relevant expertise.
Eligible bidders must be registered with SECP as a company or business registered with FBR, included in the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) of Income Tax or Sales Tax maintained by FBR, and possess valid NTN/GST registrations. All applicable taxes will be deducted at prescribed rates from payments. Successful pre-qualified firms must furnish a security deposit or performance guarantee of Rs.30,000.00 as a pay-order issued in favor of DDO CRHQ IBD, Islamabad, refundable upon contract expiry. Use of unfair means or submission of fake documents will result in blacklisting.
Bidding documents are available for download from PPRA website www.ppra.gov.pk and EPADS 2.0 (https://epads.gov.pk). Proposals must be submitted through EPADS with hard copies reaching the office address at Street No. 52, F-6/4, Islamabad on or before 11 August 2026 at 11:00 AM.
