For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
ASF is establishing a pre-qualified vendor roster for ongoing vehicle repair, maintenance, and upgradation services at their Karachi headquarters.
This is a roster-building exercise (not a direct contract award), suggesting recurring service needs across multiple vehicle types. Scale appears medium—government aviation security fleet implies diverse vehicle classes and steady demand. Notable: single-stage process expedites pre-qualification but subsequent bid invitations will follow; firms should expect long-term engagement potential if selected. Tight deadline (August 2026) requires prompt document review and submission.
Who can bid: Typically, national firms must hold valid NTN/SECP registration. PEC category not stated but vehicle repair typically requires PEC Category G or equivalent provincial authority registration. Applicants must demonstrate prior vehicle repair/maintenance experience with completed contracts and acceptable financial net worth. Restrictions: limited to nationals; foreigners excluded.
