Description / Scope of Work
The HQs Airport Security (Airports Security Force (ASF)) invites pre-qualification applications from national service providers for the provision of repair, maintenance, replacement and upgradation services for vehicles at ASF headquarters in Karachi, Sindh. This pre-qualification notice is issued under reference P71270 with reserved funds allocated for FY 2026-27. The procurement is for non-consulting services on a national basis and is conducted through a single-stage, one-envelope process. The purpose of pre-qualification is to establish a roster of eligible bidders who will subsequently be invited to submit formal bids for contract award. Only pre-qualified applicants will be permitted to participate in the subsequent invitation to bid and contract execution.
The pre-qualification process is open to all national applicants who meet the eligibility and qualification criteria specified in the pre-qualification documents. Applicants must demonstrate relevant experience in vehicle repair and maintenance services, adequate financial capacity and net worth, and must submit required documentation including details of past experience and completed contracts.
