For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
FGO Karachi is procuring routine office supplies across three categories with differentiated bid securities ranging from Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 225,000. This appears to be a recurrent annual procurement for government operations. The tight submission deadline (same-day opening) and requirement for EPADS registration suggest this is a formal government procurement process. Scale is modest; suppliers should note strict compliance requirements around SECP registration, ATL status, and tax documentation.
Who can bid: Bidders must be SECP-registered companies or FBR-registered businesses, included in the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) for income or sales tax, and hold valid NTN/GST numbers. Firms must be registered on the EPADS platform. Use of unfair means or fake documents results in blacklisting.
