Description / Scope of Work
The Garrison Engineer (Navy) Construction Islamabad invites sealed tenders from prequalified contractors and firms for two categories of work at E-8 Sector in Islamabad, Federal Province. The first work package comprises miscellaneous, major, and abnormal repairs, consultancy and minor maintenance (TC/DC) works; the second involves provision of miscellaneous furniture items. Both projects are located at E-8 Sector Islamabad. Tenders must be submitted by 1200 hours on 20 August 2026 and will be opened on the same date and time. Interested firms must submit applications for prequalification to GE (Navy) Const Islamabad by 06 July 2026.
Only firms and contractors enlisted with Military Engineer Services (MES) in categories A, B, C, D or E, or those with equivalent experience from other government departments, are eligible to apply. Applicants must be registered with Pakistan Engineering Council and provide comprehensive documentation including details of works executed in the past two years with executing agencies, contract values, time allowed, actual completion dates, and percentage progress. Additional requirements include lists of moveable and immoveable assets, personnel details, machinery and equipment inventory, ban statements, GST registration, and NTN certificates.
Prequalified firms will receive tender documents for the advertised works. Detailed submission instructions, bid security amounts, and technical specifications are contained in the tender documents available from GE (Navy) Const Islamabad. The Garrison Engineer reserves the right to reject any or all applications under PPRA rules 2004. Incomplete applications will not be entertained.
