KW&SC is seeking three information technology and website maintenance contracts via e-procurement.
The first involves cybersecurity testing and website management services (PKR 2.88M), while the latter two are recurring bi-annual MCI system support packages (PKR 2.65M each). Bidders must hold PEC C-6 EE-09 specialization and demonstrate five similar projects within three years. The tight twenty-day completion window and mandatory financial turnover threshold matching estimated cost suggest these are critical operational contracts with elevated pre-qualification barriers.
Who can bid: Bidders must hold valid PEC C-6 or above registration with EE-09 specialization, active FBR/SRB tax status, and SRB registration. Five similar works completed in the last three years are mandatory, with minimum 80% cost match on one project or 50% on two. Average annual turnover must equal or exceed estimated cost over three years. Typically, such IT service contracts also require SECP company registration and audited financial statements.
