Furniture Works at Library - IBA Main Campus Tender

The Institute of Business Administration, Karachi (IBA) invites electronic bids for furniture works at the library of its Main Campus located in University Enclave, Karachi, Sindh. This is a single-stage, one-envelope tender process with a tender fee of Rs. 2,000 (non-refundable). Bidders must be active taxpayers registered with SPPRA ePADS and relevant tax authorities. The tender invitation was issued on July 28, 2026, with bids receivable through August 12, 2026 at 2:30 PM, with opening scheduled for 3:00 PM the same day. A site visit is scheduled for August 7, 2026 at 11 AM at IBA Main Campus.

Bidders must be registered with SPPRA ePADS and relevant tax authorities as active taxpayers. Bid security of 2 percent is required, to be submitted in the form of a Pay Order or Demand Draft in favour of IBA Karachi. All bids must be duly signed and stamped, submitted electronically via the SPPRA ePADS system at www.eprocure.gov.pk, with original bid security and supporting documents delivered physically to IBA before bid opening. Earnest money copies and all supporting documents must accompany the electronic submission.

Tender documents are available at the Office of Head of Procurement, Fauji Foundation Building, IBA Main Campus, or downloadable from the IBA website https://www.iba.edu.pk/tenders/ and SPPRA ePADS system. Tender fee challans are generated from the IBA website and deposited at any Meezan Bank Ltd branch. Original bids with bid security must reach IBA, Karachi before opening.
