Framework Contract Procurement of Goods, Services and Building Repairs by District Police Dera Ghazi Khan

District Police Dera Ghazi Khan invites electronic bids for procurement of goods and services under a framework contract for the financial year 2026-2027. The procurement encompasses seven lots covering computer stationery, printing, hardware and software, machinery, furniture, building repairs, transport items, lubricants, and feeding charges. The estimated total value across all lots is approximately PKR 292.31 million, with individual lot values ranging from PKR 8 million to PKR 86.71 million. This is a framework contract arrangement allowing multiple orders throughout the fiscal year until 30 June 2027, with repeat orders capped at 15 percent of original procurement. The procuring agency is based in Dera Ghazi Khan, Punjab.

Eligible bidders include firms, companies, suppliers, manufacturers, and authorized agents registered with relevant Registration Authorities and Tax Departments including Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax. Bidders must submit original bid security equivalent to 2 percent of the estimated cost for their respective lots in the form of CDR, bank guarantee, demand draft, or pay order of a scheduled bank. Upon contract award, successful bidders must deposit performance guarantee at 5 percent of contract value as a deposit at call. All procurements will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 under a single-stage, two-envelope bidding process.
