Description / Scope of Work
Social Security Hospital Manga, Raiwind Road, Lahore invites electronic bids for a framework contract to supply medical gas items for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement is open to registered manufacturers, sole agents of foreign principals, and authorized distributors with active sales tax and income tax registration. The total estimated cost of the tender is PKR 35,00,000 and the contract will be concluded through the E-Procurement Systems PPRA portal following single-stage, two-envelope bidding procedure as per Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules 2014.
Eligible bidders must be registered with E-Procurement Systems PPRA, maintain established credentials in technical, financial and managerial capabilities, hold active sales tax and income tax registration, and must not be blacklisted by PPRA or Social Security Hospital Manga. Bidders are required to submit bid security equivalent to 2% of the estimated price (PKR 70,000) through PSID generated by the E-Procurement System, along with samples of quoted products submitted physically to the Medical Superintendent's office on or before the closing date and time.
Interested bidders may download the complete e-bidding document and detailed specifications from the PPRA website at http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk, the e-procurement portal at http://ep.punjab.gov.pk, and the PESSI website from the date of tender publication. Bids must be uploaded as readable scanned copies on the E-Procurement Systems platform with closing time at 10:00 A.M. on 23-09-2026. Bid opening will occur on the same day at 10:30 A.M. in the presence of bidders' representatives. Bid validity period is 120 days. Further information is available from the Medical Superintendent's office, SSH Manga Raiwind Road Lahore, between 08:00 A.M and 02:00 P.M. The procurement shall be governed under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended, and the tender can be cancelled at any stage as per Rule 35.
