For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT

Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.

This is a large-scale procurement for four separate lots supporting repatriation operations in Faisalabad, totaling PKR 27.5 million. Bidders can participate in one or more lots. The tender demands suppliers with government registration and prior experience in similar scale operations. The tight closing date (August 13, 2026) and complex multi-lot structure mean only well-organized, registered firms with diverse capabilities will be competitive. This appears to be a one-time operational contract rather than a recurring framework.

Who can bid: Bidders must be registered with Federal Board of Revenue (Income Tax/Sales Tax) and Punjab Revenue Authority. They should possess relevant technical experience and financial capacity for government or semi-government projects. An affidavit confirming no blacklisting by any government department is required. Typical procurement rules require bidders to submit commercial registration and NTN certificates.
