Description / Scope of Work
The SSGC Procurement Department invites sealed bids from eligible suppliers for the procurement of PE (polyethylene) pipe 125mm, with tender reference P96148. This is a goods procurement under the FY 2026-27 budget allocation, conducted on the ePADS v2.0 platform serving Sindh province. The procurement follows a Single Stage-Two Envelope bidding methodology using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in compliance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate. All bids require bid security in the form of a Pay Order, Call Deposit, Bank Guarantee, or a bid securing declaration as per the format specified in the bidding documents. The procurement documents are publicly available on the ePADS portal at the official federal procurement URL. Eligible bidders are invited to review the detailed specifications, technical criteria, general and special conditions of contract, and pricing requirements outlined in the complete bidding document.
E-bids must be submitted through EPADS v2.0 on or before Thursday, 24 September 2026 at 10:30 AM. Electronic bids will be opened on the same day at 11:00 AM using the ePADS v2.0 system; manual bid submission is not permitted. Prospective bidders not yet registered on EPADS v2.0 should register immediately at the vendor registration portal.
