Description / Scope of Work
SSGC Procurement Department invites sealed bids for the procurement of P.E. (polyethylene) pipes with 250mm diameter under reference P93799. The procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0. The contract will be awarded using a Single Stage-Two Envelope methodology with Least Cost Based Selection technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004. The procurement is located in Sindh and will be managed by SSGC's Procurement Department based at ST-4/B, Block 14, Sir Shah Suleman Road, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi.
All prospective bidders must possess valid registration on EPADS v2.0 to participate in the bidding process. Eligible bids must be accompanied by bid security in the form of a pay order, call deposit, bank guarantee, or alternatively by a bid securing declaration in the prescribed format as outlined in the bidding documents. The bidding process follows standard public procurement regulations and integrity standards applicable to government procurement in Pakistan.

Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS v2.0 on or before Thursday, September 24, 2026 at 09:30 AM, with opening scheduled for 10:00 AM the same day. Bidders should note that manual submission of bids is not accepted.
