For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT

Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.

HIT requires shifting of an existing CCTV network onto optical fibre cable infrastructure within its Taxila cantonment facility.

This is a specialized relocation project (not new installation) with a tight two-month completion window, suggesting moderate complexity but defined scope. The FOR basis indicates HIT absorbs transportation costs. Recurring nature unclear, but the specificity to HIT's OFC migration suggests one-off infrastructure upgrade rather than ongoing service. Bidder must demonstrate OEM linkage capability and prior government/semi-government sector exposure.

Who can bid: Bidders must hold valid NTN and Sales Tax certificates and be registered with relevant government/semi-government organizations. HIT registration or pre-qualification letter required. No specific PEC category mentioned, but typical CCTV/IT infrastructure work may require relevant registration. Financial viability demonstrated through three years of audit reports and bank statements. Directors/CEOs must provide CNIC copies. Judicial certificate confirming no default/blacklist status mandatory.
