Procurement of CCTV Network Shifting on OFC by Heavy Industries Taxila

Heavy Industries Taxila (HIT), Taxila Cantt, Punjab, invites sealed tenders from reputed firms holding NTN Certificates for the procurement of shifting of CCTV Network on Optical Fibre Cable inside HIT on a FOR (Free on Rail) basis. The tender is issued under PPRA and MoDP procurement rules with reference number 5081/2026-27/IT-6801/FOR-A/Comm/SCM dated 27 July 2026. Work completion is required within two months after signing of the contract. Tender documents are available on the PPRA website. Bidders must be registered with relevant government or semi-government organizations and hold valid Sales Tax and NTN certificates. A postal order of Rs 2000 must be enclosed with the technical bid. Required submissions include photocopy of HIT registration or pre-qualification letter, audit reports for the last three financial years, attested bank statements, copy of CNIC of CEO or Director, proof of trade links with OEM if applicable, and a certificate on judicial paper confirming the firm is neither defaulter nor blacklisted by any government organization.
