For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT

Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.

WASA Multan seeks contractors for water supply pipeline installation in Samanabad—a moderate-scale infrastructure project worth ~Rs.

37 lakh with tight 30-day completion. The single-stage two-envelope model means technical merit gates financial review; bidders must quote itemized rates against BoQ rather than lump-sum percentages, indicating WASA expects detailed cost breakdown. 120-day bid validity suggests potential post-award negotiations. This appears one-off municipal work; capacity to mobilize crews quickly in urban Multan is critical.

Who can bid: Bidders must register on Punjab e-Procurement System with valid PPRA credentials. Typically, contractors should hold PEC registration (category C minimum for water works) and active NTN/SECP status. No explicit prior experience threshold stated, though WASA procurement norms usually require similar completed projects. Registration on both e-portals is mandatory.
