Social Security Hospital, Model Town, Gujranwala, invites electronic bids from reputable and qualified bidders for a Framework Contract for Dry Cleaner and Laundry services for the financial year 2026-27. The estimated cost of the contract is Rs. 20,00,000/- (Twenty Lakh rupees). This is an annual framework contract to be executed through the Punjab E-Procurement portal (http://ep.punjab.gov.pk) in accordance with PPRA Rules 2014 and applicable procurement regulations. The contract will be valid until 30 June 2027 and covers dry cleaning and laundry services for the hospital's operational requirements across Gujranwala, Punjab.
Bidders must be registered on the e-procurement portal to participate and are required to submit a bid security of 5 percent of the estimated cost in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) or Bank Guarantee. The bidding procedure adopted is Single Stage Two Envelope, where bids must include separate Financial and Technical Proposals. Bidders must possess valid registration with the relevant tax authorities (Sales Tax Registration and NTN), must not be blacklisted by PESSI, and must not have been blacklisted for the past three years.
