The Bahawalpur Institute of Nuclear Medicine & Oncology (BINO) invites sealed tenders for the procurement of disposable medical consumables under Tender Notice No. 02/2026. The scope includes three categories of laboratory vials and tubes: 340 packs of disposable assay vials with EDTA and purple caps (3ml, 100 vials per pack); 100 packs of simple assay vials without CBC and caps (3ml, 500 vials per pack); and 300 packs of disposable serum clotted tubes with gel and yellow caps (3ml, 100 vials per pack). The tender is issued by BINO, located in Bahawalpur, Punjab, and represents routine consumable procurement for the institute's nuclear medicine and oncology operations.

Bidders are required to submit earnest money or bid security equivalent to 5 percent of their quoted value in the form of bank draft, pay order, or call deposit, titled in the name of Revenue Generation, BINO, Bahawalpur. All applicable government taxes will be deducted or paid as per applicable rules. For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT

Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.

Three categories of laboratory consumables are being procured: CBC vials with EDTA, simple assay vials, and serum clotted tubes. Total quantity spans 740 packs across three product lines, suggesting regular operational supply needs for a nuclear medicine facility. The 5% bid security requirement and mandatory GST inclusion indicate a straightforward procurement process. This appears to be routine consumable procurement rather than a one-off contract, typical for hospital operations.

Who can bid: The notice does not specify registration or licensing requirements. Typically, suppliers of medical consumables require business registration (SECP or sole proprietorship documentation), valid NTN, and relevant import licenses if importing goods. Preference may be given to registered pharmaceutical or medical device suppliers, though the notice does not explicitly restrict participation.
