Pre-Qualification of Firms for Office Building Repair and Maintenance – ASF Karachi FY 2026-27

The HQs Airport Security (Airports Security Force (ASF)) invites pre-qualification applications from National service providers for repair, renovation, maintenance, replacement and related works of the office building structure at its Headquarters located in Karachi, Sindh, for the financial year 2026-27. This is a non-consultancy services procurement under a single-stage, one-envelope bidding process. Pre-qualified applicants will subsequently be invited to submit bids and the successful bidder will be contracted to execute the scope of work. The procurement reference is P71728 and interested firms may access complete documentation through the EPADS v2.0 portal.

Eligibility is restricted to National Applicants meeting criteria specified in the Pre-qualification Documents. Applicants are required to fulfill all qualification requirements as detailed in the Eligibility & Qualification Criteria and Evaluation Criteria sections of the tender documents. Specific requirements regarding company registration, technical capabilities, financial capacity and relevant experience will be assessed during the pre-qualification stage.
