Description / Scope of Work
The Institute of Management Sciences (IMSciences), Peshawar invites sealed bids from well-established parties for the procurement of DC Inverter Air conditioners. The tender is being conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (e-PADS) in accordance with KPPRA Rules 2014. Tender documents containing detailed bidding procedures, terms and conditions, and item specifications are available through the e-PADS portal. This procurement is intended to supply air conditioning equipment to the institution located in Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority. All bids must be accompanied by earnest money equal to 2 percent of the total bid amount, submitted as a bank draft or call deposit in favour of IMSciences, Peshawar. The earnest money in hard form must be delivered to the Procurement Officer's office on or before the submission deadline. Only bids successfully submitted through the e-PADS platform will be accepted for evaluation.
Bid documents are obtainable through the e-PADS system. Sealed bids must be submitted electronically through e-PADS by August 17, 2026 at 12:00 PM, with physical earnest money documentation submitted by 11:00 AM the same day. Bids will be opened on August 17, 2026 at 12:30 PM through e-PADS under the Single Stage – Single Envelope method in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives at the Conference Room, Academic Block, IMSciences, 1-A, Sector E-5, Phase-VII, Hayatabad, Peshawar.
