Description / Scope of Work
The Executive Engineer C&W Division Malakand invites Request for Proposals (RFP) through the E-PAK Acquisition and Disposal System (E-PADS) for consultancy services relating to the establishment of a Government Girls Degree College at Batkhela in Malakand district. The scope of work encompasses design vetting and supervision of the GGDC Batkhela project under Provincial ADP number 829/250289 for the fiscal year 2026-27, with consultancy charges valued at Rs. 9.700 million. This is a specialized engineering assignment requiring detailed planning, design review, and oversight of a women's educational infrastructure development in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
Eligible participants must be engineering consulting firms registered on the C&W Department's approved short list of consultants. All bidding organizations must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Professional Regulation Authority (KPRA). Firms may submit joint venture proposals. Selection will be based on Quality Cum Cost Based (QCBS) methodology as detailed in the RFP documents, evaluated against technical proposal quality and financial competitiveness.
