Description / Scope of Work
Institute of Management Sciences, Peshawar invites sealed bids for the procurement of Multimedia Projectors, Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) units, and a complete CCTV Security System including installation services, as well as supply and installation of networking infrastructure. The tender is open to well-established firms and companies registered with the Federal Board of Revenue Islamabad in relevant business categories. Bidders must be authorized dealers in Pakistan offering local warranties wherever applicable. Tender documents containing detailed bidding procedures, terms and conditions are available through the EPADS portal. The procurement encompasses multiple technology and security components to support the institute's operational and safety requirements.
Eligible bidders must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue, Government of Pakistan, in relevant business categories and must hold current authorizations as dealers in Pakistan for the equipment being supplied. Bid security of 2 percent of the total bid cost is mandatory, to be submitted as a Call Deposit Receipt or Bank Draft in favor of Institute of Management Sciences, Peshawar. Earnest money must be submitted in hard copy at the office of the Procurement Officer on or before the deadline. Only bidders meeting these eligibility requirements and submitting complete documentation will be considered.
Sealed bids must be submitted on the EPADS platform by 11:00 AM on August 19, 2026. A pre-bid meeting will be held at 11:30 AM on August 11, 2026 for clarification on tender requirements. Bids will be opened on August 19, 2026 at 11:30 AM in the presence of interested bidders at the Conference Room of Institute of Management Sciences, Peshawar, located at Plot No: 1-A, E-5, Phase-7, Hayatabad, Peshawar.
