Construction of Boundary Wall and Gate at Durrani Qabristan, Kohat KPK

The Office of Tehsil Municipal Administration Kohat invites sealed tenders for two construction works under the District Development Plan 2021-22. Contractors bidding 10-20% below shall submit additional security equal to the differential amount plus the 2% base security. All mandatory documents including bid security, BOQ, BSDs, LCB Enlistment certificate, and active licenses must be submitted electronically with the e-bid on the EPADS system.

Bidding documents are available for download from the official EPADS website and National Dailies/KPPRA portal. Bids in sealed envelopes with requisite securities must be delivered to the Office of TMA Kohat before the closing date and time of 17 August 2026 at 1:00 PM, with tender opening at 2:00 PM the same day. The original bid security and any additional security instruments remain valid until signing of the contract or expiry of bid validity, whichever is earlier. Work order will be issued subject to fund availability, and all federal and provincial taxes including sales tax are recoverable as per government directives.
