The Institute of Business Administration, Karachi (IBA) invites electronic bids for the supply and installation of air conditioning peripherals at the HBL Block City Campus in Karachi, Sindh. This single-stage, one-envelope procurement is being conducted through the SPPRA ePADS system and is open to active taxpayers and firms registered with relevant tax authorities and SPPRA ePADS. The tender fee is Rs. 2,000 (non-refundable), and a bid security of 2 percent of the total bid amount is required from all participants. Prospective bidders must be registered manufacturers, firms, companies, or suppliers meeting IBA's qualification criteria to be eligible for evaluation.
Bidders must possess valid NTN and SRB/GST registration numbers and must submit their earnest money in the form of a pay order or demand draft favoring IBA Karachi. The tender fee challan should be generated from https://www.iba.edu.pk/tenders/ and deposited at any Meezan Bank branch. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for August 12, 2026 at 12 noon at IBA City Campus. Bids must be submitted between July 30, 2026 (9 AM) and August 19, 2026 (2:30 PM) via the ePADS portal; opening will occur on August 19, 2026 at 3:00 PM.
