Three separate item-rate contracts for residential flat repairs in Lahore's GOR-IV, ranging Rs.11.99–14.99 lakh each (combined ~Rs.40 lakh).
One-month execution per unit suggests routine maintenance-level work rather than major renovation. Tight deadline (August 2026) with same-day bid opening; physical earnest money delivery to PWD office adds logistical constraint. Recurring government maintenance pattern typical of housing colonies.
Who can bid: Restricted to PEC-registered contractors in appropriate category, renewed for current financial year. Earnest money (2% per contract) via bank draft/CDR/cashier's cheque mandatory—conditional tenders rejected. Typically requires valid NTN, active PEC membership, and no outstanding default with government.
