TMC Korangi seeks integrated municipal infrastructure rehabilitation across four union councils: sewerage/drainage system overhaul, water supply line replacement, street lighting installation, and paving works.
At 250 million rupees, this is a substantial municipal project addressing service gaps in underserved Korangi areas. The 18-month timeline (closes August 2026) suggests medium urgency. Notable requirement: bidders must demonstrate 200 million rupees bank credit line—a significant financial threshold indicating preference for established contractors with proven liquidity capacity.
Who can bid: Bidders must hold PEC C-2 registration or above, valid IRCTR and SRB registration, relevant electrical licenses, and active PEC membership for designated engineers. A 200 million rupees bank credit line is mandatory. Proof of three years' related experience, FBR returns, audit reports, and active federal/provincial tax compliance required. Typically, SECP registration also required for corporate entities.
