Water & Sanitation Agency (WASA), Sargodha invites electronic bids for the design, supply and construction of a raw water channel and filter beds facility for the Johar Colony water supply scheme in Sargodha, Punjab. The estimated project cost is Rs. 3,036,000 and the scope encompasses all civil works, materials, labour and installation required to establish raw water conveyance and filtration infrastructure serving the Johar Colony locality. Eligible bidders must hold a valid Professional Engineers Council (PEC) license in category C6 and above with relevant civil engineering code CE–10, maintain current registration with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and Provincial Revenue Authority (PRA) including valid NTN and PNTN certificates, and be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System (e-P). A bid security of Rs. 151,800 (5% of estimated cost) is required, to be submitted digitally through the e-P portal either via 1Link transfer or as a bank guarantee from a scheduled Pakistani bank. Bidding documents are available free of charge from the e-P portal and the WASA website without any submission fee. All bids must be uploaded as PDF files on the Punjab e-Procurement System portal (https://ep.punjab.gov.pk) by 29 September 2026 at 02:00 PM, with electronic opening scheduled for the same date at 02:30 PM at the Deputy Director (West) WASA office opposite Company Bagh, Sargodha. Bids remain valid for 120 days from submission. Conditional tenders will not be accepted, and all tendered rates must be stated in both figures and words. The procuring authority reserves the right to reject all bids prior to acceptance under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
