Repair and maintenance of washroom facilities and stairs marble railings by University of Layyah

University of Layyah invites e-bids from Pakistan Engineering Council registered contractors for repair and maintenance of washroom facilities across the Academic Block, Masjid, and Girls Hostels, along with provision of stairs marble and railings at the Academic Block in Layyah, Punjab. The estimated project cost is Rs. 13,804,063 PKR with a completion period of two months. This is a single-stage single-envelope tender for building and civil works, submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System platform.

Contractors must hold valid PEC registration for 2026-27 in the relevant category or above to participate. Bid security of Rs. 415,000 PKR (fixed amount) must be submitted physically as a CDR or Demand Draft in favor of the Treasurer, University of Layyah, before the e-bid closing deadline. E-bids are to be submitted online only through the official Punjab e-Procurement portal.
