Emergency Care Services Strengthening at District Hospital Sheikhupura

The Executive Engineer Buildings Division Sheikhupura, under the Communication & Works Department of the Government of Punjab, invites sealed competitive bids for the strengthening and restructuring of emergency care services at District Head Quarter Hospital Sheikhupura. The project is valued at Rs. 78.692 million and is to be executed within a 12-month time limit. This infrastructure development work aims to enhance emergency medical facilities and services in Sheikhupura district, Punjab. Eligible contractors must hold current PEC (Pakistan Engineering Council) registration in category C4 or above with relevant specialized codes CE09, CE10, or CE04 as specified in the DNIT cost breakdown. The contractor shall possess valid PEC license and registration for the current financial year to be considered for bid evaluation. Earnest money of 5 percent of the estimated DNIT cost, equivalent to Rs. 3.935 million, must be submitted as a CDR or bank draft from a scheduled bank accompanying the bid. Bid documents are available exclusively through the Punjab e-Procurement System at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk/auth/login after contractor registration. Bids must be submitted electronically on EPADS by 19 August 2026 until 1:00 PM, with opening scheduled for the same day at 1:30 PM in the office of the Commissioner Lahore Division.
