Description / Scope of Work
Municipal Corporation Bahawalpur invites electronic bids for providing and laying soling (base layer preparation) on the road from Basti Mohana to Rama Phatk, Ahmad Pur Road, Bahawalpur, Punjab. The project has a rough cost estimate of PKR 3,699,076 and is valued as a medium-scale infrastructure improvement within the Bahawalpur municipal limits. This tender is issued under the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) framework and will be conducted via the Punjab e-Procurement System (e-PADS).
Bidders must be firms or contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in a relevant category and enrolled with Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax authorities. All electronic bids must be accompanied by bid security equivalent to 5 percent of the estimated cost, amounting to PKR 184,953, submitted through 1Bill on the e-PADS portal before the closing deadline. Bid security payment receipts must also be submitted to the Municipal Corporation office and presented in original form to the Tender Opening Committee at least thirty minutes prior to bid opening. Late submissions will be rejected automatically.
