SP/Battalion Commander, Battalion No.2, Punjab Constabulary in Rawalpindi invites sealed bids for a comprehensive framework contract covering the procurement of diverse police stores and services for the financial year 2026-27 through 30 June 2027. The scope encompasses eleven categories with a total estimated cost of 45.3 million rupees, including office stationery (1.6 million), computer stationery (0.8 million), printing items (0.6 million), miscellaneous and electrical items (1.7 million), furniture and fixture repair (0.6 million), machinery and equipment repair (1.5 million), transport repair services (9.5 million), lubricants and mobile oil (15 million), uniforms and protective clothing (3 million), and renovation of government and residential buildings (5.5 million each). All items will be supplied on an FOR basis to support police operations across the Rawalpindi district.
Eligible bidders must be well-reputed and financially sound firms with previous procurement experience, registered on e-PADS and with Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax Departments. Bidders are required to submit a bid security equal to three percent of the estimated price for each store category in the form of CDR, demand draft, or banker's cheque from a scheduled bank of Pakistan. All bidders must furnish certificates of registration, tax compliance documentation, a performance certificate on stamp paper for Rs.500, and an affidavit on Rs.100 stamp paper confirming non-debarment and absence of criminal involvement.
Bidding documents are available free of cost from the e-PADS portal and the PPRA website. Sealed bids must be submitted in the tender box at Battalion No.02, Punjab Constabulary Rawat, Rawalpindi on 12 August 2026 before 11:00 AM with signed attendance register. Bid opening will take place on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders' representatives. Successful bidders must provide item samples before order issuance and deliver supplies within seven days of receiving supply orders.
