Description / Scope of Work
The Bank of Punjab invites competitive bids from qualified contractors for renovation work at its Adda Chowki Wala branch located in Distt. Taunsa, Punjab. This construction/renovation project is valued at approximately Rs. 288,080 and will be executed under the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) single stage two envelope bidding procedure. The scope includes complete renovation of the branch building with a project completion timeline of 45 days from issuance of the work order. Eligible bidders must submit a 2% bid security of the estimated cost (Rs. 5,761.60) through bank guarantee or digital 1-links with a generated PSID Number in favor of The Bank of Punjab. All bid prices must be quoted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees and must include all applicable taxes such as GST and income tax. Bids that do not comply with specifications, terms and conditions, or are submitted without the required taxes will be considered non-responsive and rejected. The bid validity period is 90 days from the closing date.
Bids must be uploaded and submitted through the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk on or before 13 August 2026 at 11:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened on the same date at 11:30 AM.
