Description / Scope of Work
The Social Security Hospital (SSH), Sargodha invites sealed bids through the E-Procurement System (E-PS) for the procurement of gas filling services on an annual contract basis for the financial year 2026-27. The estimated cost of the contract is Rs. 1,000,000, and the tender is open to qualified pharmaceutical manufacturers, sole agents of foreign principals, suppliers, distributors, firms, wholesale distributors, and service providers registered with the E-Procurement System under Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority. The contract will be executed on a FOR basis at the consignee's end in Sargodha, Punjab. Firms blacklisted by PPRA or SSH Sargodha are ineligible to participate. Interested bidders must be registered with E-Procurement System (E-PS) and may download bidding documents along with detailed specifications from PPRA and PESSI websites.
Bidders must submit a bid security equal to 2% of the total estimated cost on the online e-procurement portal. The bidding procedure follows a Single Stage – Two Envelopes approach as per Rule 38(2)(a) of Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority Rules, 2014. Performance guarantee of 5% of the total contract value is required upon contract award. Eligible bidders include pharmaceutical suppliers, gas distribution service providers, and registered firms meeting PPRA registration criteria. All submissions must be made electronically through the E-Procurement System portal.
Bidders must upload readable scanned copies of their e-bids on the E-Procurement System (E-PS) portal by 17 August 2026 at 10:00 A.M. Bids will be opened on the same day at 10:30 A.M. The procurement is governed under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 as amended and E-Procurement System regulations.
