Three separate procurement opportunities under one notice: vehicle repair, pharmaceutical supplies, and industrial gas refilling for Gilgit-Baltistan's emergency services. Bid deadlines are tight (18 August 2026 for document collection, 19 August for closing). The three categories allow specialized firms to bid independently, though transport repair requires five years' track record while medicines and gases require only one year. Earnest deposits range Rs 50,000–Rs 125,000. Supply contracts run to 30 June 2027. This appears to be an annual renewal cycle for essential emergency services consumables rather than infrastructure expansion.
Who can bid: Registered and authorized distributors/suppliers in their respective categories. Category 1 bidders require five years documented experience in transport repair; categories 2 and 3 require one year in their supply field. Earnest money as bank DD/pay order mandatory. Affidavit on Rs 100 stamp paper confirming no prior blacklisting. No bidder may submit for multiple categories. Typically, firms must hold valid NTN and SECP registration.
