Description / Scope of Work
Jinnah Hospital, Lahore invites sealed electronic bids for the annual repair and maintenance contract of an angiography machine for the financial year 2026-27, extendable for two years subject to satisfactory performance. The contract covers all scheduled and emergency maintenance, spare parts, technical support, and periodic servicing to ensure optimal operational availability of the angiography equipment at the hospital located in Lahore, Punjab. The procurement is open to manufacturers, sole agents, and authorized agents of foreign principals engaged in trading, registered with relevant authorities and the Punjab e-Procurement System.
Eligible bidders must be registered with income tax, sales tax, and relevant registration authorities. Bidders shall not be blacklisted, must not have conflicts of interest, and should not be associated with firms engaged as consultants for tender preparation. Government-owned enterprises may participate if duly authorized. Bid security of two percent of the estimated cost of quoted items shall be provided through the e-Procurement System Deposit. Hard copies of e-bids are not required.
Bidding documents are available for download from the Punjab e-Procurement System at https://ep.punjab.gov.pk. Electronic bids must be submitted online on or before 17 August 2026 at 10:30 AM. Bids will be opened the same day at 11:00 AM. Bidders are encouraged to register on the Punjab e-Procurement System for participation.
