Five separate stationery supply contracts totalling approximately Rs.
4.3 million, with tight bidding timeline (closing 2 October 2026). Bidders must quote all-inclusive prices with taxes upfront and can only bid for individual lots, not combinations. Each lot requires separate 2% bid security, suggesting the bank may award multiple winners. Delivery location is fixed at BACHS facility in Lahore. The 90-day price validity and specification compliance requirements indicate a straightforward supply contract with minimal post-award flexibility.
Who can bid: The notice does not explicitly state eligibility criteria. Typically, Pakistani stationery suppliers require NTN registration, valid GST certificate (if applicable), and active business registration with SECP or relevant provincial authority. No specific PEC category applies to non-construction supply contracts.
