For Bidders: Our Analysis PAKISTANTENDER INSIGHT
Independent analysis by PakistanTender — not part of the official notice. Always confirm details against the original tender document.
A small electrical equipment supply contract for a military housing authority campus. Three items only: water coolers, dispenser, and blood pressure monitor. Bid security is minimal (PKR 1,000 fee). The 05 August 2026 deadline is imminent, leaving little preparation time for new bidders. This appears to be a routine one-off procurement rather than a framework arrangement. Bidders must be tax-registered and capable of supplying branded goods meeting specified models.
Who can bid: Bidders must be registered under Income Tax and Sales Tax Act. Typically, suppliers of electrical equipment and appliances should hold NTN and be in good standing with FBR. No PEC category applies as this is goods procurement. DHA reserves discretionary right to reject any bid.
