IBCC seeks three-year framework supply of stationery, labels, ribbons, toners and printing consumables via recurring call-off orders.
This is a high-volume, continuous-demand procurement likely involving multiple SKUs and regular delivery cycles. Scale appears medium-to-large given the three-year term and public sector buyer profile. Key strategic advantage: winning the frame means predictable revenue stream, but requires robust inventory management and reliable delivery logistics to handle as-needed orders. Competition likely intense among established distributors.
Who can bid: Must be NTN-registered with FBR and GST-compliant. Legal entity (firm, company, proprietorship) required. No PEC category applicable—this is non-construction supplies. Bidder must demonstrate prior stationery/consumables supply experience, adequate financial capacity, and clean record (no blacklisting/debarment by any govt authority). Typically, bidders should hold valid business registration and tax filings.
